The software DMS Migrator exports Novell Group Wise content in a form, that it can be integrated into an alternative document management system. The advantage in comparison to other tools lies in the high automation of the export, once the setting for one account has been established, all user accounts might be handled in a similar way. Not only the mail account and own documents might be exported, but also linked documents and folder structures are indicated in its full structure. In addition all versions of a document might be exported, allowing the reconstruction of a full history into the new document management system.
