Project: Process re-engineering in the retirement field
The legal guidelines in the retirement field involves a strict separation of the bank and the vested benefit foundation. The processes were continuous improved organisational as well as configuration technical with existing systems.

Project: Industrial goods leasing
Project management for the release change of an existing industrial goods leasing systems with system improvements and options. The release change includes the change of a data base system on oracle, integration in an internal data warehouse as well as the realisation of the interface in the bookkeeping.
