Iwex was founded in May 1999 and is based in Spreitenbach AG. The acronym stands for information and work management experts. The company does business mainly for the finance industry (banks and insurance companies) and has therefore multinational orientations at information systems used in many different countries or project teams. Beside this iwex distributes products like the share register or the harvest recording, which helps in handling processes.
The business philosophy was from the beginning a strong commitment to the Open Source community and the use of new technology in the field of Java Enterprise solution building as well as the understanding of the banking business. Today we are a team of six highly qualified consultants who deliver professional services in organisational and technical projects.
